Responsibilities
- Lead overall TVL growth and customer acquisition strategy
- Work closely with Founders to define growth metrics, carry out execution tactics and set timelines to meet business growth targets
- Active pipeline building, monitoring and sales cycle management
- Build new relationships and maintain existing relationships with key partners, vendors, investors and high valued customers
- Work closely with Product & Engineering team to share industry insights, customer feedback
- Flexibility to travel and attend global industry leading conferences
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably within crypto or SaaS sectors, with a proven track record of user acquisition and sales management
- Must be an active DeFi user and genuinely passionate about DeFi
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards achieving targets
- Proficient in using sales management tools and methodologies to manage pipeline and growth targets
- High agency and ability to work effectively in a remote setting and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience founding a company or building side projects in the crypto/Web3 space
